Compare business software before you switch.
Head-to-head guides for email marketing, CRM, security and hosting tools. We check every price against the vendor’s own pages, explain the trade-offs in plain English, and show you exactly how to make the move.
Find the right tool for the job
We focus on software where switching is expensive and the pricing is easy to misread. Each category grows as we publish new head-to-heads.

How we compare software
No made-up test scores, no vague star ratings. Here is what goes into every comparison on this site.
Vendor sources first
Pricing, plan limits and trial terms come from each vendor’s own pricing pages, help docs and plan details.
Price at real sizes
We show what you pay as you grow, not just the entry price, so bracket jumps and add-ons don’t surprise you.
Honest trade-offs
Every guide says who should not switch. If the cheaper or simpler tool fits you better, we say so.
Dated and re-checked
Each page shows when it was last checked. When a vendor changes pricing or launches a deal, we update it.
The 6-point switching checklist
Whatever tool you are moving to, run through these before you commit. They catch most of the costly surprises.
Price it at next year’s size
Enter your expected list or team size 12 months out into both vendors’ calculators, on the same billing term.
Confirm you can export everything
Check that contacts, tags, custom fields and history export cleanly before you build anything new.
Read the cancellation terms
Many tools don’t refund unused time. Time your switch to your renewal date where you can.
Ask for migration help
Some vendors will move your data and workflows for you. It’s often free; ask before you start manually.
Run both tools in parallel
Keep the old tool live for a week or two while you confirm the new one is sending, syncing and tracking correctly.
Use the free trial on real work
Test with your own data and a real campaign or workflow. Demo accounts hide the friction you’ll actually feel.
